From the description for the video: This webcam takes 1 picture every 2 minutes. The daytime one (at the beginning) was awesome. I want to know what the streaks are that show up at night. If it is due to a slow exposure/shutter speed on the camera then I would like to know why not ALL of the objects appear as streaks. Some appear as orbs/dots of light that move across the screen in succession to the time.

The video purports to show UFOs but if you visit the webcam's live feed here: http://wirednewyork.com/webcam3, you'll see that there's always lights in the sky which leads me to believe that they're planes, reflections, or something entirely mundane. Not UFOs.

The guy taking the video and his friends in the background sound like a bunch of yokels. The video is of shaky-cam quality but there never seems to be any real good equipment on hand when UFOs are floating in the sky.
